TCF Pellets is a Canadian multinational specialized in the wood pellets manufacturing with 11 years’ of experience in Brazil. Our company stands out as one of the largest wood pellet factories in Brazil, with a large industrial park equipped with robust and high-performance technology and machinery. Our focus is to guarantee high quality, capacity and reliability in production, serving B2B clients in both the national and international markets.
Strategically located in Piên, in the state of Paraná, our plant is capable of producing 72,000 tons a year and is situated in an important timber hub, with access to quality raw materials. In addition, our proximity to the metropolitan region of Curitiba, the metal-mechanical industrial hub of Santa Catarina and the Port of Itapoá, strengthens our position in the market.
With a team of 26 highly trained employees, we strive to ensure product quality and efficient service for our approximately 400 annual customers. Our customers come from the agro-industrial, industrial, hotel and residential sectors, purchasing our wood pellets as a biofuel for heating. We also supply hygienic wood pellets for the pet market.

Quality assured by ENplus®Certification
ENplus®A1 certification is an internationally recognized standard that attests to and ensures the quality of wood pellets, from the careful choice of raw materials to final production. As a result, our customers can be sure of the quality and high standard of our certified production. The certified product provides significant savings and advantages for our national and international customers.
As protocol, we retain a sample of each batch sold, allowing for effective traceability and ensuring that each customer receives pellets made from raw materials of the highest quality. The company is also 100% capable of exporting cargo in 15 kg packages, big bags and in bulk. In addition, we already have distribution channels in countries such as Italy and Belgium.
Environmental sustainability at all stages of production
Our raw material sources are carefully selected to meet high criteria and quality standards. We produce pellets 100% from locally reforested pine wood. With efficient manufacturing processes, our products perfectly meet the demands and standards required for international certifications such as ISO. Therefore, the pellets we produce comply with the ESG policies of companies that care about their impact on the environment.
In addition, resources derived from organic matter are renewable and generate low amounts of pollutants. The use of wood pellets helps to reduce the greenhouse effect and global warming.
