TCF Pellets produces wood pellets, a solid renewable biofuel based on dehydrated wood compacted into a cylindrical pellet. Industrial production provides homogeneity and its technical characteristics are stable, resulting in a modern and efficient fuel.
Our biofuel has a high energy density equivalent to approximately 4.8 kWh/kg or more, while respecting the environment by being a carbon-neutral fuel.

How to use
As a Biofuel
Wood pellets are mainly used as biofuel in specific burners. Its high energy density, combined with low moisture content, allows for efficient combustion at high temperatures, optimizing the total release of energy from the wood. This contributes significantly to more effective burning.
To get the maximum benefit from wood pellets, it is highly recommended to use specialized equipment, such as burners designed specifically for this fuel. This approach not only guarantees optimized performance, but also more efficient use of the biofuel, making it an ideal practice for achieving the best results in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Fuel Substitution
As well as being renewable and environmentally friendly, wood pellets are economical and competitive when compared to other fossil fuels such as diesel oil, LPG and natural gas.
As can be seen in the graph below, the pellets can be:
- 43% more economical than natural gas;
- 60% compared to diesel;
- 67% compared to LPG, and
- up to 80% more economical than electricity.
Replacing fossil fuel consumption can be an important step in your company’s social and environmental responsibility program.

Packaging and palletizing options
Pallet assembly options
We offer wood pellets in:
- packaging of 15 and 20 kgs, with a minimum order of 1560 kgs;
- big bags from 750 to 1200 kgs, and
- in bulk, with a minimum order of 25 tons.
More information:
- For export, we sell 1260 kg pallets in 15 kg packages, resulting in a closed load of 27.72 tons.
- For 15 kg packages, we also offer the option of assembling 1500 kg pallets.
- For packages of 20 kgs we offer pallets of 1560 kgs.
- If the customer collects the product with their own truck, we sell single big bags or closed loads according to the truck’s capacity.
White Label
In addition to the bag options above, we also offer the option of bagging the pellets in White Label orders.
Our dispatch area is able to pack this product in any brand the customer wishes, limited only to weights of 10, 15 and 20 kgs.
